Admission Process

Hostel Admission & Accommodation Rules

Accommodation allotted only after payment of prescribed hostel and mess fees to official account.

Students must fill a separate hostel application form during admission.

Joint affidavit and anti-ragging form signed by both student and parents is mandatory.

Minimum 3 students per room depending on room size; allocation based on availability.

Room allocation may be changed or reassigned by management based on operational requirements.

Hostel rooms not permitted during vacations unless special permission granted for academic work.

Hostel Rules & Regulations

Occupy only the allotted rooms; room exchange not allowed without permission

Roll call at 9:00 PM — all students must be present within hostel premises

Absence during roll call without approval — fine of ?500 per day

Cooking, boiling, or heating appliances inside rooms strictly prohibited

Heaters, coolers, ACs, TVs, and radios not allowed without permission

Students must arrange own table lamps, locks, and keys for personal use

Hostel furniture must not be moved or exchanged between rooms

Rooms must be kept clean and hygienic at all times

Students not allowed in rooms during academic hours unless permitted

Mess & Dining Facilities

All hostel students are permanent members of the mess

Cooperative system managed by students under warden supervision

Monthly menu prepared in advance by mess committee and displayed

Regular audits of mess accounts as per institutional norms
