In the last few years,one of the best advantage for the learners at Sha-Shib Group is our own 4 nos. of CAR 145 Maintenance Repair & Overhaul organizations(Approved by DGCA, Govt. of India) where more than 50 professional maintenance experts work for many clients of aviation industry. As MROs are the only Place for maintenance of Aircraft and Its components, the students are inculcated with the industry culture, gets exposure to the actual working environment from the beginning during their educational visits.

Our 15+ AME License holders and more authorized personnel from MROs, support our Academic council to make course materials, Practical lesson plans, industry visits etc. and also mentor our academicians in every manner in order to guide our students to become a successful AME license holder.
